摘  要:为了研究离心泵空化诱导的非定常激励特性,采用数值模拟方法,分析了泵叶轮内压力脉动、涡量脉动及径向力特性。结果表明:叶轮内压力脉动的主频均为叶轮转频f_(i),涡量脉动的主频为1/5f_(i)、f_(i)、2f_(i);压力脉动强度从叶轮进口到出口逐渐增强;涡量脉动强度在叶轮出口处最大,进口处其次,叶片中部最小;空化发展诱发低频压力脉动和低频涡量脉动;径向力的大小和方向,由于空泡排挤作用而发生变化,空化充分发展时空泡脱落和溃灭,导致径向力骤增。对离心泵内空化诱导的振动和噪声产生机理的深入研究提供了参考。In order to study the characteristics of unsteady excitation induced by cavitation of centrifugal pump,the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the pressure fluctuation,vorticity fluctuation and radical force characteristics.The results show that,(a)the dominant frequency of pressure fluctuation is impeller frequency f_(i),the dominant frequency of vorticity fluctuation is 1/5f_(i),f_(i) and 2f_(i);(b)the pressure fluctuation intensity increases gradually from the impeller inlet to outlet,and the vorticity fluctuation intensity is the largest at the outlet,followed by the inlet,and the smallest at the middle of the blade;(c)the cavitation development induces low frequency pressure fluctuation and low frequency vorticity fluctuation;and(d)the magnitude and direction of radial force change due to cavitation crowding,and the fall off and collapse of bubbles when the cavitation fully develops result in a sudden increase of radial force.The research results provide a reference for the further study of vibration and noise mechanism induced by cavitation in centrifugal pump.
