摘  要:混凝土面板是面板堆石坝最重要的防渗结构,面板混凝土抗裂性能直接影响防渗效果。在基准混凝土中掺入粉煤灰和抗裂减渗剂,以提高混凝土抗裂性能,对3种不同掺量粉煤灰和抗裂减渗剂的混凝土力学性能、变形性能、耐久性能及早期抗裂性能开展试验研究,分析抗裂材料对面板混凝土性能影响的规律。结果表明:掺入粉煤灰和抗裂减渗剂对不同龄期面板混凝土的拉伸、抗渗、抗冻、自生体积变形及早期抗裂性能均有所提升或改善,可明显抑制和降低混凝土试块干缩率;而对轴心抗压强度无显著改变,对静力抗压弹性模量有一定降低作用。掺入20%宏大粉煤灰和2%WHDF抗裂减渗剂对面板混凝土的抗裂性能的改善最优。研究结果可为青海高寒地区面板混凝土抗裂材料选择和配合比设计提供借鉴。Concrete panel is the most important seepage control structure of faced rockfill dam,and the crack resistance of panel concrete directly affects the anti-seepage effect.Adding fly ash and anti-crack anti-seepage agent in the reference concrete can improve the crack resistance of concrete.The mechanical properties,deformation properties,durability and early crack resistance of concrete with three different mixtures of fly ash and anti-crack anti-seepage agent are tested,and the effect of anti-cracking material on the performance of panel concrete is analyzed.The results show that the addition of fly ash and anti-crack anti-seepage agent can improve the tensile,impermeable,freeze-resistant,autogenous volume deformation and early crack resistance of the concrete panel at different ages,and significantly inhibit and reduce the dry shrinkage rate of concrete test blocks,but the compressive strength do not change significantly and the elastic modulus decreases to a certain extent.The effect of adding 20%fly ash and 2%WHDF anti-crack anti-seepage agent on the improvement of the crack resistance of panel concrete is the best.The research results can provide reference for the selection of crack resistant materials and mix proportion design of panel concrete in alpine area of Qinghai Province.
