摘　　要：本项目半地下体育场馆采用木质地板及局部木质墙面,建筑墙体及地面构造设置了防潮、防水层等主动防潮措施。深圳地区梅雨季节长,空气湿度大,并且半地下体育场馆通风条件差;为了避免木质地板及墙面受潮开裂,结合场馆内的空调、通风系统进行防潮、除湿设计,并制定不同季节、不同模式下的系统控制策略,使室内舒适度及卫生条件达到设计要求。The semi-underground gymnasium of this project adopts wooden floor and partial wooden wall,and the building wall and ground structure are set with moisture-proof and water-proof layer and other active moisture-proof measures.In Shenzhen,the plum rain season is long,the air humidity is high,and the ventilation conditions of semiunderground gymnasium is poor.in order to avoid moisture cracking of wooden floor and wall,the moisture-proof and dehumidification design shall be carried out in combination with the air conditioning and ventilation system,and the system control strategy under dfferent seasons and modes shall be formulated to make the indoor comfort and sanitary conditions meet the design requirements.
