摘　　要：冷链技术的发展,不仅推动了我国花卉等农产品的市场流通,还促进了农业的发展,给农民带来了经济收入。本文介绍了冷链现状以及冷链各环节技术情况,并叙述了当前花卉冷链应用情况。富贵竹作为一种观赏花卉,在加工和运输过程中容易出现腐烂和黄化。通过保鲜储藏等措施可以在一定程度上减少富贵竹损失。因此,将冷链技术应用于富贵竹产业具有一定的意义。The development of cold chain technology not only promotes the market circulation of agricultural products such as flowers in my country,but also promotes the development of agriculture and brings economic income to farmers.This paper introduces the current situation of the cold chain and the technical situation of each link of the cold chain,and describes the current application of the flower cold chain.Lucky bamboo,as an ornamental flower,is prone to rot and yellowing during processing and transportation.The loss of lucky bamboo can be reduced to a certain extent through measures such as preservation and storage.Therefore,the application of cold chain technology to the lucky bamboo industry has certain significance.
