摘　　要：随着复叠式制冷系统在食品冷冻冷藏行业的应用及推广,NH_(3)/CO_(2)复叠式制冷系统被广泛的应用到食品速冻、物流冷库中。制冷设备的稳定运行是食品冷冻冷藏安全的关键,关乎生产经营企业的根本利益。本文主要总结NH_(3)/CO_(2)复叠式制冷系统在运行调试过程中存在的问题及解决方案。通过故障的总结分析,判断问题出现的原因。为制冷系统的安全稳定运行提供技术支持,同时为一线的调试人员提供技术参考。with the application and promotion of cascade refrigeration system in food refrigeration industry,NH_(3)/CO_(2) cascade refrigeration system is widely used in food quick freezing and logistics cold storage.The stable operation of refrigeration equipment is the key to the safety of food freezing and cold storage,and is related to the fundamental interests of production and operation enterprises.This paper mainly summarizes the problems and solutions in the operation and commissioning of NH_(3)/CO_(2) cascade refrigeration system.Judge the cause of the problem through the summary and analysis of the fault.Provide technical support for the safe and stable operation of the refrigeration system,and provide technical reference for the commissioning personnel on the front line.
