摘 要:为了以低成本获得性能良好的Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷连接接头,开发AgCu28-20B_(2)O_(3)钎料,将其应用于空气反应钎焊连接Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷。B_(2)O_(3)可以有效改善AgCu28钎料对Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷表面的润湿性。钎焊过程中Cu粉被氧化成CuO,并进一步与Al_(2)O_(3)、B_(2)O_(3)发生反应,生成Cu_(2)Al_(6)B_(4)O_(17)晶须,进而获得性能优异的可靠接头。当保温时间为60min,连接温度高于950℃时,可以实现Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷接头的有效连接,钎缝中心区主要为Ag,靠近界面处为CuO与Cu3B2O6的混合相及棒状Cu_(2)Al_(6)B_(4)O_(17)晶须,接头抗剪强度随温度升高而升高。当连接温度高于1100℃后,晶须在高温下分解成无定型颗粒状产物,接头抗剪强度下降。最佳工艺参数为T=1050℃,t=60min,接头的抗剪强度达到了70.9MPa,断裂发生在焊缝中靠近Al_(2)O_(3)母材处。开发一种用于Al_(2)O_(3)连接的复合钎料,并在接头中合成了新型硼酸铜铝晶须,提高了接头的性能。In order to obtain Al_(2)O_(3)ceramic joint with good performance at low cost,AgCu28-20B_(2)O_(3)fillerr is developed and applied to air reaction brazing Al_(2)O_(3)ceramics.B_(2)O_(3)can improve the wettability of AgCu28 filler on Al_(2)O_(3)ceramic surface effectively.In the brazing process,Cu powder is oxidized to CuO and further reacted with Al_(2)O_(3)and B_(2)O_(3)to form Cu_(2)Al_(6)B_(4)O_(17)whiskers.Thus,the reliable joint with excellent performance is obtained.When the holding time is 60 min and the brazing temperature is higher than 950℃,an effective Al_(2)O_(3)ceramic joint can be realized.The center area of the brazing joint is mainly Ag,while the interface is composed of CuO and Cu3B2O6 mixed phases and the rod-like Cu_(2)Al_(6)B_(4)O_(17)whiskers.The shear strength of the joint increases with the increase of the brazing temperature.When the brazing temperature is higher than 1100℃,the whiskers decompose into amorphous granular products at high temperature and then the joint shear strength decreases.Holding at 1050℃for 60 min is the optimum process parameter.The joint shear strength can reach 70.9 MPa and the fracture occurred in the weld near the Al_(2)O_(3)ceramic base material.A composite filler for Al_(2)O_(3)connection is developed,and a new type of whiskers is synthesized in the joint to improve the joint performance.
