摘　　要：越野车是全驱大扭矩特种地表运载车辆,主要应用于中国西部塔克拉玛干沙漠、柴达木盆地、准噶尔盆地等沙漠、浮土区、山地、戈壁等无道路复杂工区。主要产品为作业类车辆(如地震排列车、工程沙漠车等)及带有部分载货功能的车辆(如供水沙漠车、起重运输沙漠车等)。越野车是油气勘探开发过程中不可缺少的重要生产装备。目前,油气勘探作业中,中重型越野车辆匹配的转向器多采用BOSCH(博世)公司的液压助力转向器产品。转向器系统装配及故障诊断是车辆使用过程经常面临的问题。Off-road vehicle is a special surface vehicle with full drive and high torque.It is mainly used in Taklimakan Desert,Qaidam Basin,Junggar Basin and other deserts,topsoil areas,mountains,Gobi and other complex work areas without roads in western China.The main products are operational vehicles(such as earthquake arrangement vehicle,mobile work vehicle off-road for desert,etc.)and vehicles with partial cargo carrying functions(such as water feeder vehicles for desert,truck with loading crane vehicle off-road for desert,etc.).Off-road vehicles are indispensable and important production equipment in the process of oil and gas exploration and development.At present,in oil and gas exploration operations,the steering gear matched to medium and heavy off-road vehicles is mostly the hydraulic power steering gear product of BOSCH Company.The assembly and fault diagnosis of steering gear system are the problems that vehicles often face in the process of us.
