硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦片治疗原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法100例原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病患者,通过治疗方法的不同分为研究组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者采用单纯硝苯地平进行治疗,研究组患者采用硝苯地平与厄贝沙坦联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血压、治疗后血糖水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组收缩压(132.25±4.00)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、舒张压(77.47±1.29)mm Hg均低于对照组的(135.44±5.22)、(80.28±1.08)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后空腹血糖(5.78±0.81)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(10.22±2.33)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)(6.01±0.33)%均低于对照组的(6.99±0.87)mmol/L、(12.11±3.19)mmol/L、(10.25±1.00)%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率10.00%低于对照组的26.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦片治疗原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病有利于患者血压的平稳,降低患者血糖,减少不良反应发生,促进患者的疾病转归。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of nifedipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of essential hypertension complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with essential hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into research group and control group by different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine alone,and the research group was treated with nifedipine and irbesartan.The blood pressure and blood glucose level before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure of(132.25±4.00)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and diastolic blood pressure of(77.47±1.29)mm Hg in the research group were lower than those of(135.44±5.22)and(80.28±1.08)mm Hg in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the research group had fasting blood glucose of(5.78±0.81)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose of(10.22±2.33)mmol/L and HbA1c of(6.01±0.33)%,which were lower than those of(6.99±0.87)mmol/L,(12.11±3.19)mmol/L and(10.25±1.00)%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00%in the research group,which was lower than that of 26.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine combined with irbesartan tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus is beneficial for the stabilization of patients'blood pressure,lowering their blood glucose,reducing the occurrence of adverse effects and promoting their disease regression.
