利咽止咳汤治疗感冒后咳嗽的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨利咽止咳汤治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床效果。方法66例感冒后咳嗽患者,使用随机抽签的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组应用氢溴酸右美沙芬胶囊治疗,观察组应用利咽止咳汤治疗。比较两组患者的咳嗽自测评分、生活质量评分以及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者咳嗽自测评分与生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者咳嗽自测评分(2.37±1.71)分低于对照组的(4.62±2.68),生活质量评分(65.92±7.24)分高于对照组的(51.23±6.15)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率96.97%高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论感冒后咳嗽患者应用利咽止咳汤治疗效果显著,有利于改善其咳嗽症状,优化生活质量,值得在临床普及。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Liyan Zhike Decoction in treating post-cold cough.Methods A total of 66 patients with post-cold cough were divided into control group and observation group according to random lottery method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dextromethorphan hydrobromide capsule,and the observation group was treated with Liyan Zhike Decoction.The cough self-test score,quality of life score and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in cough self-test score and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the cough self-test score of(2.37±1.71)points in the observation group was lower than that of(4.62±2.68)points in the control group,and the quality of life score of(65.92±7.24)points was higher than that of(51.23±6.15)points in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 96.97%in the observation group was higher than that of 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liyan Zhike Decoction is significantly effective in patients with post-cold cough,which is beneficial to improve the cough symptoms and optimize the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical popularization.
