摘  要:肺癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤疾病,临床致残率和死亡率高,早期发现并判别恶性结节可以显著提高患者的生存率。目前在肺癌筛查中肺结节的检测与良恶性的判别是两个关键任务。随着科学技术的不断发展,人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)已逐步应用于影像诊断,可以帮助医生筛查早期肺癌,有效提高肺癌的诊断效率,从而降低死亡率。本文重点对人工智能在肺结节检测与诊断方面进行综述。Lung cancer is a common malignant tumor disease with high clinical disability and mortality rates.Early detection and identification of malignant nodules can significantly improve patient survival.At present,the detection of pulmonary nodules and the identification of benign and malignant lesions are two key tasks in lung cancer screening.With the continuous development of science and technology,artificial intelligence(AI)has gradually been applied to imaging diagnosis,which can help doctors screen for early lung cancer,effectively improve the diagnostic efficiency of lung cancer,and thereby reduce mortality.This article focuses on the review of artificial intelligence in the detection and diagnosis of pulmonary nodules.
