摘 要:螺栓各齿承载分布严重不均,内外螺纹啮合的第一齿承载较大且齿根存在应力集中,易造成螺栓杆横断失效。本文通过对螺栓连接的受力变形分析,建立梁–弹簧模型,推导了理论模型的力学方程组,并基于此模型编程计算,求解得到螺栓连接件在使用过程中各齿承载的分布情况和齿根应力集中系数。最后进行有限元仿真,对比理论模型和有限元的结果,两者误差在工程可接受范围之内。研究表明,螺栓连接的组合梁–弹簧模型是合理有效的。The load distribution among meshing screw threads is not uniform.The first meshing screw thread carries the biggest part of the load,as a result,the stress concentration is serious at the root of this thread.In this study,a new theoretical model,i.e.,the combined beam-spring model,has been established by analyzing the stress and deformation of bolt connectors.Based on this model,the mathematical equations are derived,and the theoretical results of the load distribution of meshing screw threads and the stress concentration coefficients at the screw roots are obtained by calculation.Finally,theoretical results from the combined beam–spring model presented this paper and numerical results from finite element simulation of bolted connection are compared,which shows that two sets of results are consistent.The combined beam-spring model is proved to be applicable and effective in general engineering application,which can predict the nonlinear distribution among meshing screw threads and the stress concentration factors at the root of the threads.
