摘  要:为研究聚变堆偏滤器拱顶冷却结构的流动阻力特性,在系统压力为2.7,3.2,3.7MPa、质量流速为2000~5000kg·m^(-2)·s^(-1)、试验段等效单侧辐射热流密度2~5MW·m^(-2)的参数范围内,对类单侧加热条件下,竖直上升的特超蒸发冷却器中的过冷水进行流动阻力试验。详细分析了系统压力、质量流速、试验段等效单侧辐射热流密度对流动阻力的关联和影响,结果表明:在单相区,流动阻力随主流体温度的变化不明显;而在过冷沸腾区,流动阻力会随着流体温度的升高而迅速增大。在单相流动区,压力对阻力的影响不明显,但在较低压力的工况下会更早的进入过冷沸腾区,阻力曲线的斜率在较低的主流体温度下就开始增大;质量流速越高,则流动阻力越大;在单相区,热流密度越高,则阻力越小。用试验数据对典型阻力关联式进行了评估,结果表明,已有关联式无法良好地预测该试验工况下的流动阻力。所以,拟合出了适用于受到单侧加热的高热流密度下特超蒸发冷却器的阻力公式,该公式对该试验数据的预测精度较高,算术平均误差和均方根误差分别达到0.72%和4.33%。试验结果对偏滤器拱顶冷却结构的设计具有工程上的参考价值。In order to investigate the pressure drop characteristics of the divertor dome of the fusion reactor,the pressure drop experiments of subcooled water are carried out in a vertically upward hypervapotron with the system parameters as follows:system pressure P=2.7,3.2,3.7MPa,mass flux G=2000~5000kg×m^(-2)×s^(-1),and equivalent one-side radiating heat flux qe=2~5MW×m^(-2).The effects of parameters on pressure drop are discussed in detail.The results show that the fluid temperature has little influence on pressure drop in the single phase region;whereas,when the fluid temperature increases,the pressure drop also increases sharply in the subcooled boiling region.In the single phase region,the pressure drop is rarely affected by the system pressure,but the pressure drop increases with a lower fluid temperature under a lower pressure.A higher mass flux leads to a higher pressure drop.A higher heat flux could result in a lower pressure drop in the single phase region.The experimental data are compared with the typical pressure drop correlations.It shows that none of these correlations have good agreement with the experimental data.A new correlation is developed,which predicts the pressure drop of hypervapotron under high and non-uniform heat fluxes with a high accuracy.The mean average error is 0.72%and the root-mean-square error is 4.33%.The test results have a reference value for the design of the cooling structure of the diverter dome.
