摘 要:三元乙丙橡胶(ethylene propylene diene monomer,EPDM)增强绝缘作为高压电缆附件中的关键部件,其电树枝化和绝缘界面沿面放电问题严重。为改善EPDM本体和绝缘界面的耐电性能,采用4种电压稳定剂对EPDM进行改性,系统地研究电压稳定剂对EPDM交流耐电树枝性能和交、直流击穿强度的影响,探究电压稳定剂的抗迁出性以及电压稳定剂对压力下EPDM直流击穿强度和沿面击穿电压的影响。结果表明,4种电压稳定剂均能提高EPDM的交流电树枝起始电压,并抑制电树枝生长;电压稳定剂对EPDM交流击穿强度改善的作用有限,但均能提高EPDM的直流击穿强度;该文所选电压稳定剂能参与交联反应并接枝在EPDM大分子上,因此具有良好的抗迁出性;随着外施压力的增大,EPDM直流击穿强度先增大、后减小,且高压力下电压稳定剂作用效果有所削弱。沿面击穿实验结果表明,4种电压稳定剂对于EPDM表面击穿电压有提高作用,且对EPDM-交联聚乙烯绝缘界面击穿电压的改善效果更加显著。The ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)reinforced insulation is a key component of high-voltage cable accessories.The electrical treeing in the reinforced insulation and the surface discharge on the interface are serious.To improve the electrical strengths of EPDM body and its insulating interface,four voltage stabilizers are added into EPDM and their effects on the alternating current(AC)electrical tree resistance and AC and direct current(DC)breakdown strengths are systematically studied.The emigration resistance of voltage stabilizers and the influences of voltage stabilizers on the DC breakdown strength and surface breakdown voltage under pressure are investigated.The results indicate that the four voltage stabilizers all increase the electrical tree initiation voltage and inhibit electrical tree growth in EPDM.Voltage stabilizers have limited effects on improving AC breakdown strength,but all effectively improve the DC breakdown strength of EPDM.The voltage stabilizers are grafted to the macromolecules of EPDM during crosslinking reaction,thus having good resistance to emigration.With the increase of external pressure,the DC breakdown strength of EPDM firstly increases and then decreases,and the effects of voltage stabilizers is weakened under high pressure.The surface breakdown test results show that the four voltage stabilizers improve the surface breakdown voltage of EPDM,and for the EPDM-crosslinked polyethylene interface,the positive effect is more significant.
