水中硫化物测定新方法的变化与验证

摘　　要：本文分析了《水质硫化物的测定亚甲基蓝分光光度法》(HJ 1226-2021)相对于旧标准《水质硫化物的测定亚甲基蓝分光光度法》(GB/T 16489-1996)修订的必要性、适用范围的变化、原理的变化、试剂的变化等。对新标准《水质硫化物的测定亚甲基蓝分光光度法》(HJ 1226-2021)进行了检出限、测定下限、线性范围、精密度及准确度、实际样品等方面的验证。The necessity of revising《Water quality-Determination of sulfi des-Methylene blue spectrophotometric method》(HJ 1226-2021)relative to the old standard GB/T 16489-1996,changes in scope of application,changes in principles,and changes in reagents were analyzed.The new standard《Water quality-Determination of sulfi des-Methylene blue spectrophotometric method》(HJ 1226-2021)was validated in terms of detection limit,lower detection limit,linear range,precision and accuracy,and actual samples.
