循环冷却水系统中无磷缓蚀阻垢剂配方的研究

摘　　要：本文以无磷的环境友好型单体为主导,通过实验室静态腐蚀性试验、阻垢性能试验验证,研制出一种无磷缓蚀阻垢剂,适用于使用生活水以及以柳钢废水站出水为补水的循环冷却水系统,配方投加浓度在40 ppm以上,具有显著的缓蚀和阻垢效果。This paper about without phosphorus environment friendly monomer,through the laboratory static corrosion test,scale resistance test,developed a phosphorus corrosion scale inhibitor,suitable for the use of domestic water,steel wastewater station water for water circulating cooling water system,formula add concentration above 40 ppm has signifi cant corrosion inhibition and scale resistance effect.
