摘　　要：本文以合肥某AMOLED制造企业为例,通过对排污许可证申领及要点的关注,分析环境管理台账、执行报告、自行监测及信息公开四个方面规范取证后的环境管理重点工作,同时实时关注新形势下企业环境管理的新要求,做到持续完善,主动承担、履行合规排污的社会责任,降低企业运营的法律风险。This paper,take Hefei AMOLED manufacturing enterprise for example,through pollution discharge permit and pay attention to key points,and analyze the key work of environmental management after evidence collection from four aspects of environmental management account、implementation report、self-monitoring and information disclosure,at the same time,pay attention to the new requirements of enterprise environmental management under the new situation in real time,achieve continuous improvement,take the initiative to assume and fulfi ll the social responsibility of complying with the regulations,reduce the legal risk in the enterprise operation stage.
