养阴利咽汤联合针刺治疗慢性咽炎患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨养阴利咽汤联合针刺治疗慢性咽炎患者疗效。方法选取2021年1月~2022年12月收治的慢性咽炎患者98例,随机分为观察组和对照组,均49例。对照组常规治疗,观察组养阴利咽汤联合针刺。统计两组疗效。结果观察组中医症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组炎性因子指标IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组,B细胞低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率95.92%,对照组83.67%,(P<0.05)。结论养阴利咽汤联合针刺用于慢性咽炎患者,可改善临床症状,缓解炎性反应,提高免疫功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of Yangyin Liyan Decoction combined with acupuncture on chronic pharyngitis.Methods:A total of 98 patients with chronic pharyngitis admitted from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 49 cases.Control group received routine treatment,observation group Yangyin Liyan decoction combined with acupuncture.The efficacy of the two groups was analyzed.Results:TCM symptom score of observation group was lower than control group,P<0.05.The levels of inflammatory factors IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group,P<0.05.The levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of B cells were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The total clinical effective rate was 95.92% in the observation group and 83.67% in the control group(P<0.05).,P<0.05.P<0.05.Conclusion:Yangyin Liyan Decoction combined with acupuncture for chronic pharyngitis patients can improve clinical symptoms,relieve inflammatory response,and improve immune function.
