摘　　要：本文分析郑州大学第一附属医院不合理肠外营养液处方,为处方审核提供数据支持,促进肠外营养液的合理应用。从处方审核系统中调取郑州大学第一附属医院东院区2020年1月至2021年11月的50274份肠外营养液处方,进行统计分析。不合理肠外营养液处方共365份,占调取处方的0.73%,其中药物配伍不合理共212份占不合理处方的58.08%;用法用量不合理共96份占不合理处方的26.30%;重复医嘱共37份占不合理处方的10.14%;医嘱形式不当共20份占不合理处方的5.48%。通过汇总分析不合理处方,有助于药师把握处方审核重点,促进临床肠外营养液合理应用。In order to assist the prescription review process and encourage the rational application of parenteral nutrition(PN)solutions,it is necessary to assess the irrational prescriptions of this medication in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.In the present study,we examined and summarized the unreasonable PN prescriptions of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.From January 2020 to November 2021,a total of 50274 PN solution prescriptions via the East Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were gathered from the prescription review system for statistical analysis.A total of 365 prescriptions,or 0.73%of the total,were illogical.Among them,212 of the prescriptions were illogical,making up 58.08%of the total.Moreover,26.30%of nonsensical prescriptions96 absurd prescriptions were written.In addition,10.14%of irrational prescriptions were comprised of 37 repeated medical orders,while 5.48%of irrational prescriptions were composed of 20 examples of improperly formatted medical orders.Pharmacists can better understand the essential aspects of prescription review and encourage the logical implementation of clinical PN solutions by summarizing and assessing unreasonable prescriptions.
