摘  要:试验旨在利用瘤胃发酵降解参数评价绒山羊不同粗饲料的组合效应。试验采用单因素完全随机试验设计,将玉米秸秆作为对照组(CON组),试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组分别采用苜蓿、谷草、玉米青贮、燕麦草、羊草等比例替代20%玉米秸秆,组成新的粗饲料组合,每组6个重复。利用绒山羊瘤胃液,在体外连续培养48 h,比较研究各组的体外瘤胃发酵指标。结果显示,试验Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组绒山羊体外瘤胃pH值显著高于CON组(P<0.05),试验Ⅳ组绒山羊体外瘤胃原虫数量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组绒山羊体外瘤胃氨态氮(NH3-N)含量最高,显著高于CON组和试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组绒山羊体外瘤胃菌体蛋白(BCP)含量最高(P>0.05)。Ⅰ组绒山羊体外瘤胃发酵的总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)含量显著高于CON组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组绒山羊体外瘤胃发酵产气量较高,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。与CON组相比,各试验组单项组合效应指数(SFAEI)均增加,多项组合效应指数(MFABI)排序为Ⅲ组>Ⅰ组>Ⅳ组>Ⅴ组>Ⅱ组>CON组。研究表明,以20%苜蓿和玉米青贮分别替代玉米秸秆的粗饲料组合组效果较好。The experiment evaluated the combined effect of roughage resources of Cashmere goats by parameters of in vitro rumen fermentation.A single factor complete randomized trial design was adopted in experiment,the corn stalk was used as control group(CON group),and groupⅠ,groupⅡ,groupⅢ,groupⅣand groupⅤwere replaced by alfalfa,millet straw,corn silage,oat grass,Leymus chinensis equal proportion replacement of 20%corn straw to form a new roughage combination group.Each group was continuously cultured in vitro for 48 h,with six replicates in each group.The results showed that the pH value of Cashmere goats in vitro rumen in groupⅠand groupⅣwas significantly higher than that of CON group(P<0.05),the protozoa number of Cashmere goats in vitro rumen in groupⅣwas significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),and NH3-N content of Cashmere goats in vitro rumen was the highest in groupⅠ,which was significantly higher than CON group and groupⅡ(P<0.05).BCP content of Cashmere goats in vitro rumen in groupⅢwas the highest(P>0.05).The TVFA content of Cashmere goats in vitro rumen fermentation in groupⅠwas significantly higher than that of CON group and groupⅡ(P<0.05).The gas production of Cashmere goats in vitro rumen fermentation in groupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).Compared with CON group,SFAEI increased in each experimental group,and MFAEI was order as groupⅢ>groupⅠ>groupⅣ>groupⅤ>groupⅡ>CON group.The experiment indicates that the combination effect of 20%alfalfa and corn silage instead of corn straw is better.
