摘　　要：试验旨在探究日粮中添加发酵苹果渣对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及粪便菌群的影响。选取体况良好的断奶仔猪180头,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组断奶仔猪饲喂基础日粮,试验1组~5组分别在基础日粮中添加2%、4%、6%、8%、10%发酵苹果渣。试验期35 d。结果表明,试验4组断奶仔猪平均日增重高于其他组。试验4组断奶仔猪血清中免疫球蛋白A (IgA)、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,发酵苹果渣能够提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,添加8%发酵苹果渣效果较好。The experiment was to explore the effect of fermented apple pomace on growth perfomance,serum biochemical indexes,fecal flora of weaning piglets.A total of 180 healthy weaned piglets were randomly divided into six groups,with three replicates in each group and 10 piglets in each replicate.Weaning piglets in control group were fed with basic diet,weaning piglets in experiment group 1~5 were supplemented with 2%,4%,6%,8% and 10% fermented apple pomace in basic diets.The experiment lasted for 35 d.The results showed that average daily gain of weaning piglets in group 4 was higher than that of other groups.The content of IgA,IgG,IgM and IL-6 of weaning piglets serum in group 4were significantly higher than those control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that fermented apple pomace can improve performance of weaning piglets,adding 8% fermented apple pomace to basic diets has better effect.
