摘  要:试验旨在探究饲料中添加微囊赖氨酸、蛋氨酸对鲤鱼生长及生理生化指标的影响。挑选规格相近、活动力强、无杂病的鲤鱼450尾,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。对照1组(CM组)鲤鱼饲料中不添加氨基酸,对照2组(LMM组)鲤鱼饲料中添加0.45%晶体赖氨酸+0.15%晶体蛋氨酸,试验1组(WLM组)、试验2组(WMM组)、试验3组(WLMM组)鲤鱼饲料中分别添加0.63%微囊赖氨酸、0.30%微囊蛋氨酸、0.63%微囊赖氨酸+0.30%微囊蛋氨酸。试验期8 w。结果显示,氨基酸微囊化延缓了鲤鱼外源氨基酸吸收时间。WMM组、WLMM组鲤鱼粗脂肪(EE)含量显著高于CM组、LMM组(P<0.05)。LMM组鲤鱼血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于WLM组和WLMM组(P<0.05)。前肠切片结果显示,各组鲤鱼肠道均有部分损伤。研究表明,采用配合饲料养殖鲤鱼,当鱼粉添加量为6%时,饲料中赖氨酸和蛋氨酸能够满足鲤鱼的生长需要,无须额外补充晶体氨基酸或微囊氨基酸。The experiment was to study the effect of adding microcapsule lysine and methionine on growth and biochemical parameters of Cyprinus carpio in feed.A total of 450 Cyprinus carpio with similar specifications,strong mobility,no miscellaneous diseases were randomly divided into five groups,with three replicates in each group and 30 fish in each replicate.Control group 1(CM group) was fed with no amino acid,and control group 2(LMM group) was fed with 0.45% crystal lysine + 0.15% crystal methionine.Test group 1(WLM group),test group 2(WMM group) and test group 3(WLMM group) were fed 0.63% microcapsule lysine,0.30% microcapsule methionine,0.63% microcapsule lysine +0.30% microcapsule methionine,respectively.The experiment lasted for 8 w.The results showed that amino acid microencapsulation delays the absorption time of exogenous amino acids in Cyprinus carpio.The EE content of Cyprinus carpio in WMM group and WLMM group were significantly higher than that of CM group and LMM group(P<0.05).The SOD activity in plasma of Cyprinus carpio in LMM group was significantly higher than that of WLM group and WLMM group(P<0.05).The results of foregut sections showed that there was partial damage to intestines of Cyprinus carpio in all groups.The experiment indicates that the amount of fish meal is 6%,lysine and methionine in feed can provide growth needs of Cyprinus carpio without additional supplementation of crystalline amino acids or microcapsule amino acids.
