摘  要:试验旨在分析鹅血清粉对免疫功能低下小鼠的免疫调节作用及体能恢复情况。选择72只小鼠,雌、雄各半,随机分为6组,每组12只。除空白对照组外,其他各组小鼠于给药第1~7 d皮下注射40 mg/kg环磷酰胺,建立免疫抑制小鼠模型。空白对照组、阴性对照组小鼠每日灌胃0.01 mL/g生理盐水,阳性对照组小鼠每日灌胃20 mg/kg盐酸左旋咪唑,鹅血清粉高、中、低剂量组每日分别灌胃400、200、100 mg/kg鹅血清粉溶液。试验期10 d。结果显示,与阴性对照组相比,各鹅血清粉处理组小鼠体重增长率、免疫器官指数均显著升高(P<0.05)。鹅血清粉低剂量组小鼠红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血小板(PLT)显著提升(P<0.05),鹅血清粉中剂量组、鹅血清粉高剂量组小鼠RBC、白细胞(WBC)、PLT和HGB显著提升(P<0.05)。各鹅血清粉处理组小鼠乳酸脱氧酶(LDH)活性显著升高(P<0.05),鹅血清粉高剂量组小鼠血清酸性磷酸酶(ACPase)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。各鹅血清粉处理组小鼠血清白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量显著升高(P<0.05),鹅血清粉中剂量组、高剂量组小鼠血清干扰素-γ (IFN-γ)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。小鼠体质能测试分析发现,随着血清粉剂量增加,小鼠体质能呈剂量依赖性恢复,鹅血清粉高剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间、耐缺氧水平与空白对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,鹅血清粉可有效改善免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能,有助于免疫抑制小鼠的体能恢复。The experiment was to analyze the immune regulation and physical recovery of goose serum powder in immunocompromised mice.A total of 72 mice were randomly divided into six groups,with 12 mice in each group.Except for blank control group,the mice in other groups were injected with 40 mg/kg cyclophosphamide subcutaneously on 1~7 d of administration to establish an immunosuppressive mouse model.The mice in blank control group and negative control group were given 0.01 m L/g normal saline daily,the mice in positive control group was given 20 mg/kg levamisole hydrochloride daily,high,medium and low dose groups were given 400,200 and 100 mg/kg goose serum powder solution daily,respectively.The experiment lasted for 10 d.The results showed that compared with negative control group,the growth rate of body weight and immune organ index in goose serum powder treatment groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).RBC,HGB,PLT were significantly increased in goose serum powder low dose group(P<0.05),and RBC,WBC,PLT and HGB were significantly increased in goose serum powder medium dose group and goose serum powder high dose group(P<0.05).LDH activity in goose serum powder treatment group was significantly increased(P<0.05),ACPase activity in goose serum powder high dose group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum IL-2 and IgG content of goose serum powder treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and serum IFN-γ content of goose serum powder medium dose group and goose serum powder high dose group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The analysis of physical fitness of mice showed that with the increase of serum powder dose,the physical fitness of mice was restored in a dose-dependent manner,and swimming time and hypoxia tolerance level of mice in high dose serum powder group were not significantly different from those in blank control group(P>0.05).The study indicates that goose serum powder can effectively improve the immune function of immunosuppressed mice and contribute to the physical recovery of immun
