摘　　要：试验旨在建立高效液相色谱同时测定兽药中氨苯胂酸、洛克沙胂、5-硝基愈创木酚钠、对硝基苯酚钠、邻硝基苯酚钠、2-甲基-5-异丙基苯酚和5-甲基-2-异丙基苯酚等7种化合物的方法。以40%甲醇溶液为溶剂,采用超声提取法对样品进行前处理,以混合盐溶液-乙腈-甲醇为流动相,采用梯度淋洗和C18色谱柱进行分离。结果显示,7种化合物的检测限为0.4~1.6 g/kg,加标回收率在99.7%~102.9%之间,相对标准偏差在0.2%~1.0%之间。研究表明,试验所用方法快速简便、准确可信、灵敏度高,适用于兽药中有机砷、硝基苯酚及牛至油类化合物的同时快速检测。The study was to establish a method for the simultaneous determination of arsanilic acid,roxarsine,5-nitroguaiacol sodium,p-nitrophenol sodium,o-nitrophenol sodium,2-methyl-5-isopropylphenol and 5-methyl-2-isopropylphenol in veterinary drugs by high performance liquid chromatography.40% methanol solution was used as solvent to pretreat the sample by ultrasonic extraction.The analyses were performed on a C18 column with the gradient elution of mixed salt solution-acetonitrile-methanol.The results showed that the detection limit of seven compounds were in the range of 0.4~1.6 g/kg.The average recoveries were 99.7%~102.9%,with relative standard deviations of 0.2%~1.0%.The study indicates that the proposed method is efficient,reliable and sensitive,which can be used for the simultaneous determination of organic arsenic,nitrophenol and oregano oil in veterinary drugs.
