摘 要:试验旨在了解荒漠地区天然草地早春时期短命植物和类短命植物的营养状况,分析不同生育期的营养价值。试验以10种此类型植物作为研究对象,筛选适宜饲喂家畜的天然牧草资源,测定相关营养成分,采用粗饲料分级指数(GI)技术体系对其进行品质评价。结果显示,供试植物干物质(DM)含量变化幅度不大,粗脂肪(EE)、粗蛋白(CP)含量变化整体呈下降趋势,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量变化整体呈上升趋势。除二裂委陵菜之外,其余植物的青草期、花期均能够作为很好的牧草资源。饲用价值排序为:新疆长喙黄芪>弯果胡卢巴>矮型黄芪>囊果草>长距元胡>灰枝鸦葱>异果芥>庭荠>蝎尾菊>二裂委陵菜。研究表明,试验结果可促进短命和类短命植物的高效利用,为春季放牧家畜快速恢复膘情提供牧草资源。The experiment was to understand the nutritional status of ephemeral and quasi-ephemeral plants in the natural grassland of desert areas in early spring,and analyze the nutritional value of different growth stages.A total of 10 species of such plants were collected as research objects to screen the natural forage resources suitable for feeding livestock.The relevant nutrients were determined,and their quality was evaluated by referring to the technical system of roughage grading index(GI).The results showed that the variation range of DM content of the tested plants was not significant,the contents of EE and CP showed a downward trend,while the content of NDF and ADF showed an upward trend.The green grass stage and flowering stage of ephemeral and quasi-ephemeral plants could be used as better forage resources except for Potentilla bifurca Linn.The feeding value was ranked as Astragalus yanerwoensis Podlech&L.R.Xu>Trigonella arcuata C.A.Meyer>Astragalus stalinskyi Sirj.>Leontice incerta Pall.>Corydalis schanginii(Pall.)B.Fedtsch.>Scorzonera sericeo-lanata(Bunge)Krasch.et Lipsch.>Diptychocarpus stricus(Fisch.Ex M.Bieb.)Trautv.>Alyssum desertorum stapf.>Koelpinia linearis Pall.>Potentilla bifurca Linn.The study indicates that the results of the study can improve the efficient utilization of ephemeral and quasi-ephemeral plants,and provide forage resources for the rapid recovery of body condition of grazing livestock in spring.
