摘 要:针对华阳集团新景煤矿井下巷道类型繁多、巷道穿越围岩结构复杂、围岩强度低、巷道支护成本高、频繁返修的问题,提出采用注浆和高预应力锚索联合支护技术。经过1 a的观测,顶板下沉量几乎为0,两帮移近量最大为90 mm,底鼓量最大为150 mm,未形成有害形变,巷道围岩趋于稳定。实践表明该方案能够显著降低大巷巷道变形程度,维护巷道顶板安全,减少巷道二次返修工程,缓解采掘衔接紧张局面。Aiming at the problems of various types of underground roadways,complex structure of roadway crossing surrounding rock,low strength of surrounding rock,high cost of roadway support and frequent repair in Xinjing Coal Mine of Huayang Group,the combined support technology of grouting and high prestressed anchor cable was proposed.After a year of observation,the roof subsidence was almost 0,the maximum displacement of the two sides was 90 mm,the maximum floor heave was 150 mm,no harmful deformation was formed,and the surrounding rock of the roadway tended to be stable.Practice showed that the scheme could significantly reduce the deformation degree of roadway,maintain the safety of roadway roof,reduce the secondary repair project of roadway,and alleviate the tension of mining connection.
