大埋深高水压井筒井壁渗水注浆封堵技术应用

摘  要:以塔什店矿区一号矿井副立井井筒累深667.5~702.5 m段为例,该部分主要井壁支护方式为素混凝土支护,掘进期间该段涌水量30.2 m3/h,水压达到6 MPa。通过采用“内堵外放”相结合的方式,即采用在井筒+500 m水平附近施工疏水降压放水孔对副井下部井筒出水层段进行疏水降压,并结合井壁内长短孔注浆方式,对副井下部井筒井壁进行注浆,封堵井壁涌水,通过注浆封堵,副立井井筒涌水量降至10 m3/h以下,达到8.6 m3/h,应用效果良好。Taking the 667.5~702.5 m section of the auxiliary shaft of No.1 Mine in Tashidian mining area as an example,the main shaft lining support method was plain concrete support.During the excavation period,the water inflow of this section was 30.2 m3/h,and the water pressure reached 6 MPa.By adopting the combination of'internal plugging and external discharge',that is,the hydrophobic depressurization drainage hole was constructed near the+500 m level of the wellbore to drain and depressurize the water layer section of the lower wellbore of the auxiliary shaft.Combined with the grouting method of long and short holes in the wellbore wall,the lower wellbore wall of the auxiliary shaft was grouted to plug the water inflow of the wellbore wall.Through grouting and plugging,the water inflow of the auxiliary shaft was reduced to less than 10 m3/h,reaching 8.6 m3/h,and the application effect was good.
