海南农业产业集聚水平和区域比较分析

摘　　要：随着海南自由贸易港建设进程的加快,推进特色农业产业聚群发展成为新阶段海南农业发展的重点任务。介绍了海南农业生产概况,通过构建区位熵模型,建立海南区域农业产业集聚度的竞争态模型。结果表明,海南农业产值集聚竞争态势呈现出以下特征:地区间分布不平衡,海南西北及东南地区的昌江、万宁、东方、定安、澄迈、儋州、琼海、文昌、乐东和临高为优势区域;三亚农业生产潜力有待进一步挖掘和提升;海口为劣势区域;五指山、保亭、屯昌、白沙、陵水和琼中6个市(县)竞争优势呈现出降低趋势。基于此,进一步推动农业产业集聚化发展,推动海南农业提质增效,可以农产品加工业为引领,发展融合性农业产业;开展优势特色产业集群建设,建立热带特色高效农业标准体系,提升热带特色高效农业品牌竞争力等。With the acceleration of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,promoting the development of characteristic agricultural industry cluster is the key task of Hainan's agricultural development in the new stage.The general situation of agricultural production in Hainan was introduced,and the competitive state model of Hainan regional agricultural industry agglomeration was established by constructing the location entropy model.The results showed that the concentration and competition of Hainan's agricultural output value is unbalanced among regions;Changjiang,Wanning,Dongfang,Ding'an,Chengmai,Danzhou,Qionghai,Wenchang,Ledong and Lingao in the northwest and southeast of Hainan are the dominant areas;the agricultural production potential of Sanya needs to be further explored and improved;Haikou is a disadvantaged area;the competitive advantages of Wuzhishan,Baoting,Tunchang,Baisha,Lingshui and Qiongzhong are decreasing.Based on this,in order to further promote the development of agricultural industry agglomeration and improve the quality and efficiency of Hainan's agriculture,it was proposed to develop integrated agricultural industry by taking agricultural product processing industry as the guide,carry out the construction of industrial clusters with advantageous characteristics,establish the standard system of efficient agriculture with tropical characteristics,improve the brand competitiveness of efficient agriculture with tropical characteristics and so on.
