摘  要:农业是支撑国民经济建设与发展的基础产业,是科技创新的主战场。培养复合型创新人才是适应和推动新形势下农业科技高速高效发展的重要支撑,因此设置交叉学科以融合多专业的知识成为研究生培养的有效路径。农业生物智能设计学科是人工智能生物技术、多维组学技术、蛋白质工程和细胞生物学等多个学科的交叉融合,已成为农业领域最前沿的交叉性学科之一,有着广泛的应用前景和巨大的潜能价值。以农业生物智能设计学科为例,研究和分析了农业领域交叉学科体系下研究生培养面临的困境,为促进人才培养系统性、前沿性和实践性的相互融合,推动农业科技复合型人才培养,从深化交叉学科课程体系改革、加强交叉学科师资队伍建设、建立交叉学科研究生创新和交流平台和优化交叉学科研究生教育评价体系等方面提出了针对性的措施。Agriculture is the basic industry that supports the construction and development of national economy,and is the main battlefield of scientific and technological innovation.Training compound innovative talents is an important support to adapt to and promote the rapid and efficient development of agricultural science and technology under the new situation.Therefore,setting up interdisciplinary disciplines to integrate multi-specialty knowledge has become an effective way to cultivate graduate students.Agricultural biological intelligent design integrates multiple disciplines such as artificial intelligence biotechnology,multidimensional omics technology,protein engineering,and cell biology.It is one of the most cutting-edge interdisciplinary disciplines in the field of agriculture,and has a wide range of application prospects and enormous potential value.Taking agricultural biological intelligent design as an example,the problems existing in the interdisciplinary cultivation were explored and analyzed.In order to promote the integration of systematic,cutting-edge,and practical personnel training,and to promote the cultivation of versatile agricultural science and technology talents,some pertinent measures were put forward from deepening the reform of curriculum system,strengthening of teaching staff,establishing of interdisciplinary postgraduate exchange innovation platforms,and optimizing the evaluation system.
