摘　　要：2001—2022年,中国食糖进口贸易总体保持高速增长,居世界首位。近年来,中国食糖进口贸易发展中仍存在一些问题:增势迅猛,大幅超过配额限度;来源地数量有限,市场集中度偏高;进口均价持续上涨,贸易条件趋于恶化。新时期,实现中国食糖进口贸易可持续健康发展,需推进国内食糖产业转型升级,增强自给能力;拓展进口来源渠道,优化市场结构;完善进口保障措施,增强供应链安全性。From 2001 to 2022,the scale of Chinese sugar import trade keeps developing quickly;it is in the first place of the world sugar import trade.In recent years,there still exist some problems,such as growing too fast,excelling the quota,comparatively limited markets,higher market concentration,and the average price of imports keep rising,the trade conditions deteriorating.In the new period,realizing the sustainable and healthy development of Chinese sugar import trade development should promote the transformation and upgrading of the domestic sugar industry,increase self-sufficiency,expand the sources of import trade,optimize the market structure,and improve safeguards of import and supply chain security.
