摘　　要：Chat GPT的发展将推动内容创作的范式转变,影响用户的信息获取方式,催生图书馆智慧服务的新使命和新方向,为图书馆创新服务场景快速嬗变提供技术支撑和可行依据。内容生产方式变革视角下图书馆服务演进历程为“PGC—UGC—AIGC”的发展阶段,基于Chat GPT特有的启发性内容生成能力、对话情景理解能力、序列任务执行能力以及程序语言解析能力,Chat GPT赋能图书馆智慧服务的“4T特征”为Translation(交互性语言翻译)、Transformation(个性化场景转移)、Transmission(立体式信息传播)、Treatment(即时型任务处理),Chat GPT赋能图书馆智慧服务的应用场景为“RSRC”框架,即协同推进图书馆资源增值能力(Resources)、服务专业能力(Services)、咨询智慧能力(Reference)、文化均等能力(Culture)的发展。基于此,为推进Chat GPT赋能图书馆智慧服务的落地应用,图书馆可以从技术路径、资源路径、人才路径、管理路径四个方面提升图书馆服务效能,加速推进智慧图书馆建设。The development of ChatGPT will drive a paradigm shift in content creation,which impact the way patrons access information.Then this process will also give rise to new missions and directions for library services,providing technical support and a solid foundation for rapid changes in innovative library service scenarios.The article compares the history of library services"PGC-UGC-AIGC"evolution through the perspective of content production method change.Combine with ChatGPT's unique abilities in inspiring content generations,understanding dialogue scenarios,executing sequential tasks and parsing program languages,we summarize the"4T features"of ChatGPT empowering library smart service,including Translation(interactive language translation),Transformation(personalized scene transformation),Transmission(three-dimensional information transmission),Treatment(real-time task treatment).Additionally,we create the RSRC framework diagram for ChatGPT empowering library service application scenarios,accelerating the development of resource value(Resources),specialized service abilities(Services),intelligent reference abilities(Reference),and cultural equity(Culture).Based on these,ln order to promote the application of ChatGPT empowers library smart service,libraries can improve the effectiveness of library services and accelerate the construction of smart libraries through four aspects:technologies,resources,talents and managements.
