摘　　要：以我国31个省级行政区域为研究对象,采用一般计量经济学模型与空间计量经济学模型等方法检验文旅融合对公共图书馆服务能力的影响,结果表明:文旅融合的发展有利于本地区公共图书馆服务能力的提高,同时改善了周边地区公共图书馆服务能力,既存在本地效应又有溢出效应,且该影响力在不断增强;此外,文旅融合对公共图书馆服务能力的影响在东西部地区和南北部地区呈现出明显异质性特征,在东南沿海地区推动作用尤为明显,部分地区则表现出了不均衡特性。因此,我国应积极探索公共图书馆文旅融合新模式,盘活公共图书馆服务资源;探索公共图书馆文旅融合省际合作路径,建立与相邻省份合作利益分享机制;因地制宜地细化现有公共图书馆文旅融合路径。31 provincial administrative regions are studied by methods of general econometric model and spatial econometrics model to examine the impact of the integration of culture and tourism on public library service capacity.The results show that the integration of culture and tourism is beneficial to promote local library service capacity,and it improved library service capacity in surrounding regions.That means there are both local effect and spillover effect,and the impact is growing,Impact of integration of cutture and tourism on public library service capacity has shown obvious heterogeneity in the eastern and western regions,and southern and northern regions.It has obvious positive effect in southeastern coastal regions,and it also shows unbalanced characteristics in some regions.Therefore,we should actively find new ways of culture and tourism integration to revitalize public library service resources,explore the inter-provincial cooperation path and establish cooperation and benefit-sharing mechanism with neighboring provinces to realize sustainable development with local characteristics.
