党建引领下医院社会主义核心价值观培育路径研究

摘　　要：目的基于党建引领的视角,从基层党委、党支部及党员三个层面,分析总结公立医院社会主义核心价值观培育路径。方法通过文献调研法、逻辑分析法等方法,对目前公立医院践行社会主义核心价值观的路径进行逻辑分析,从而得出具有可操作性的培育路径。结果党的建设和社会主义核心价值观建设是一种有机统一、双向互动关系;医院党的建设对培育社会主义核心价值观有导向、规范和激励作用。结论公立医院社会主义核心价值观培育需要发挥党委领导核心作用,建立融合机制;发挥党支部战斗堡垒作用,建立践行机制;发挥榜样引领作用,建立传承机制。Objective From the perspective of Party building guidance,from the three levels of grassroots Party committee,party branch and party member,the paper analyzes and summarizes the path of cultivating socialist core values in public hospitals.Methods Through literature research,logical analysis and other methods,the path of practicing socialist core values in public hospitals was logically analyzed,so as to obtain an operable cultivation path.Results The construction of the Party and the construction of socialist core values is an organic unity,two-way interaction;Hospital party building plays a guiding,regulating and encouraging role in cultivating socialist core values.Conclusion To cultivate the socialist core values of public hospitals,it is necessary to give full play to the leading core role of the Party Committee and establish the integration mechanism,set the party branch as a fighting fortress,establish practice mechanism,and give full play to the leading role of example and establish the inheritance mechanism.
