摘 要:医院文化是医院发展的精神支柱,加强医院软文化建设对健全医院管理制度,全面提升医疗服务水平和质量有重要意义。在当下,我们对医院软文化的研究背景较少,对医院软文化建设仍存在认识不全、缺乏高素质的人才队伍、宣传模式创新不足等现实困境。红医精神有其红色文化属性,可给当下的医疗领域赋予时代意蕴。将红医精神融入医院软文化建设可提高医院凝聚力,留住高质量医学人才,实现医疗服务新提升。这亟需搭建红医精神与党建工作的共通桥梁、打造高素质的医院管理队伍、创新红医精神宣传等维度,探讨红医精神融入医院软文化建设的可行路径。Hospital culture is the spiritual pillar of hospital development,and strengthening the construction of hospital soft culture is of great significance to improving the hospital management system and comprehensively enhancing the level and quality of medical services.In the present day,we have less than adequate research on hospital soft culture,and there are still real dilemmas such as incomplete understanding of hospital soft culture construction,lack of high-quality talent team,and insufficient innovation in publicity mode.The spirit of red medicine has its red cultural attributes,which can add contemporary meaning to medical service.Integrating the spirit of red medicine into hospital soft culture construction can improve hospital cohesion,retain high-quality medical talent and achieve new improvements in medical services.This urgently requires building a common bridge between the spirit of red medicine and party building,building a high-quality hospital management team,and innovating the promotion of the spirit of red medicine,among other dimensions,to explore feasible ways to integrate the spirit of red medicine into the construction of hospital soft culture.
