摘　　要：本文就医院在人才引进过程中的常见问题进行梳理,分析了如何提高人才引进的成功率以及与人才引进后如何能够发挥较大的效能,并进行了实践探索与研究。在此基础上,提出了相关策略并应用探索,从而完善人才引进、使用、管理的相关细则,为高水平医院建设奠定基础。This paper summarizes the common problems in the process of high-level medical talents introduction in hospitals,and explores how to improve the success rate of high-level medical talents introduction and how to make them play a greater role after their introduction.Based on this study,relevant strategies of high-level medical talents introduction,use and management are explored and further carried out.These strategies may lay the foundation for the high-level hospital construction.
