摘　　要：目的通过对2016—2020年广西孕产妇保健和儿童保健工作质量进行综合评价,了解广西妇幼保健工作状况,探讨存在问题,提出对策建议。方法采用密切值法对2016—2020年广西妇幼保健工作状况进行时间序列的纵向对比和14个地市及东中西部地区的横向对比。结果纵向评价分析结果显示,广西孕产妇和儿童保健工作质量最优为2020年,最劣为2017年。横向评价分析结果显示,2020年广西14个地市中,孕产妇和儿童保健工作质量评价结果最优为梧州市,评价结果最劣为防城港市、崇左市。全国31省(市、自治区)孕产妇保健工作质量比较中,广西最好位序排名第11,最差排名第21,儿童保健工作质量评价结果位序处在末尾。结论2016—2020年,广西妇幼保健工作质量虽总体上有一定提高,但一些低优指标值与与全国其他省份相比仍存在较大差距。危重症孕产妇、出生低体重儿的救治和妇幼保健服务水平有待提升。Objective Through a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of maternal and child health care work in Guangxi from 2016 to 2020,to understand the situation of maternal and child health care,discuss the existing problems,and put forward suggestions.Methods The osculating value method was used to conduct a longitudinal comparison of the time series of maternal and child health care work in Guangxi from 2016 to 2020,as well as a horizontal comparison of 14 cities and the eastern,central,and western regions.Results The results of longitudinal evaluation and analysis show that the best quality of maternal and child health care in Guangxi is 2020,and the worst is 2017.The results of horizontal evaluation and analysis show that among the 14 cities in Guangxi in 2020,Wuzhou City has the best evaluation results on the quality of maternal and child health care,while Fangchenggang City and Chongzuo City have the worst evaluation results.In the comparison of the quality of maternal health care in 31 provinces(cities and autonomous regions)in China,Guangxi ranked 11th in the best ranking and 21 st in the worst ranking,and the evaluation results of children’s health care work quality ranked at the end.Conclusion Although the quality of maternal and child health care work in Guangxi has improved during 2016-2020,there is still a big gap between some low and excellent indicators with other provinces in China.The treatment of critically ill pregnant women,low birth weight infants and maternal and child health services need to be improved.
