摘　　要：医院的快速发展离不开科学技术的提高,医院科研管理和经费使用效率的提高,对于医院的整体发展至关重要。科研管理的好坏和经费使用效率的高低,直接关系到医院在医学领域中的竞争力和发展水平。因此,加强科研管理和提高经费的使用效率是医院必须重视的重要工作。本文对南通市肿瘤医院(南通大学附属肿瘤医院)科研管理现状进行分析,结合本院实际情况,更新制度,规范科研行为,加强流程管理和培训,厉行节约,取得了一定的成效,有力促进了医院的科研发展。Hospitals cannot achieve rapid development without the improvement of science and technology.The improvement of scientific research management and fund utilization efficiency is crucial for the overall development of hospitals.The quality of scientific research management and the efficiency of fund utilization are directly related to the competitiveness and development level of hospitals in the medical field.Therefore,strengthening scientific research management and improving the efficiency of fund utilization are important tasks to which hospitals must attach importance.This paper analyzes the current situation of scientific research management in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Nantong University(Nantong Cancer Hospital).In light of the actual situation of the hospital,we updated the system,standardized the scientific research behavior,strengthened the process management and training,and practiced economy.We have achieved certain results,which has effectively promoted the development of scientific research in the hospital.
