摘  要:目的:优选儿咳颗粒最佳提取和制备工艺条件。方法:采用水煎法对“儿咳一号方”进行提取,通过正交试验设计,以连翘苷含量和浸膏得率为指标,对煎煮时间、煎煮次数和加水量进行考察,优选颗粒的提取工艺;用浸膏为原料,吸湿百分率、成型率为指标,对药粉与辅料的比例、乙醇浓度和乙醇用量进行单因素考察,对颗粒制备工艺进行优选。结果:最佳提取工艺为处方药材加10倍水,提取2次,每次45 min;最佳成型工艺为干浸膏粉与糊精比例1∶1,用25%药粉量的90%乙醇制得的颗粒成型性好。结论:颗粒剂制备方法简单可行,成型工艺稳定可控,为该复方的开发利用提供试验依据。Objective To optimize the best preparation technology of the compound“Erke”granules.Methods The extraction of“Erke Yihao”was carried out by water decoction method.Taking the content of forsythins and the yield of extract as indicators.The boiling time,the number of boiling times and the amount of water added were investigated by orthogonal design.The extracts were used as the raw material,taking the molding rate and the percentage of moisture absorption in 24 hours as the indicators,the orthogonal test was used to investigate the ratio of medicinal powder and auxiliary materials,the concentration of ethanol and the amount of ethanol,and the preparation process was optimized.Results The optimal extraction process was to add 10 times water to the prescription medicinal materials and extract 2 times for 45 minutes each time.The best preparation process is that the ratio of dry extract powder and dextrin is 1∶1,and the granules prepared with 90%ethanol in 25%medicinal powder have good formability.Conclusion The preparation method of“Erke”granules is convenience,the forming processes is stable and controllable.which provided experimental basis for the development and utilization of the compound.
