摘　　要：管氏脊椎九宫穴是一组极具特色的集合穴,是管氏针灸流派根据脊椎病变部位按八卦方位图所确定的穴位,并以“洛书九宫数”施行。广泛应用于各种脊椎的病变,对治疗腰椎间盘突出症,颈椎病,脊椎退行性骨关节病,腰肌劳损,病理性压缩性骨折等疗效显著。文章将通过介绍脊椎九宫穴的取穴方法、针刺方法、针刺要领及临床应用,并附该集合穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的典型病案举隅。探析脊椎九宫穴的临床经验,在治疗脊椎病变时,提供一种新的方法,新的思路。Jiugong points of Guan s spine are a group of highly characteristic collection points,which are determined by Guan s school of acupuncture and moxibustion according to the location of spinal lesions according to the eight trigram azimuth map,and implemented by“Luoshu Jiugong number”,It is widely used in the treatment of various spinal diseases,such as lumbar disc herniation,cervical spondylosis,degenerative osteoarthrosis,lumbar muscle strain,pathological compressionfracture and so on.This article will introduce the acupoint selectionmethod,acupuncture method,acupuncture gist and clinical application of the Jiugong point in the spine,and the typical case of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by this collection point.To explore the clinical experience of Jiugong point of spine,and provide a new method and new idea in the treatment of spinal lesions.
