何炳元教授运用“角药”辨治瘙痒性皮肤病经验浅析

摘　　要：角药是三药的有机联用,也是互为犄角的配伍形式。已故何炳元教授从事临床四十余载,在中医治疗瘙痒性皮肤病方面积累了丰富经验,擅长运用具有“藤”“草”“皮”“子”等特色的5组角药,其功能为祛风解表、凉血消癍、解毒透疹、活血通络、祛风止痒。临证时尤其善用角药,自拟方名,组方独特,疗效颇佳。文章总结何炳元教授运用角药临证配伍特色,为临床诊治瘙痒性皮肤病提供宝贵的借鉴经验。Horn medicine is a combination of three drugs based on syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The late professor he bingyuan had been engaged in clinical practice for more than 40 years,and had accumulated rich experience in the treatment of pruritus dermatosis with traditional Chinese medicine,good at using the“Skin”,“Grass”,“Rattan”,“White”,“Flower”drug efficacy of five groups of characteristic horn drugs,its functions are wind-dispersing and heat-clearing and blood-cooling,detoxification and penetration of rash,dredging collaterals and wind-dispersing,blood-invigorating and blood-activating,surface-dispelling and cold-dispelling,wind-dispelling and dampness-drying,wind-dispelling and itching-stopping.In particular,good use of horn medicine,self-prescription name,unique thinking,unique combination of quite good efficacy.In this paper,we summarized the characteristics of He Lao s application of horn medicine in combination,and provided valuable experience for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pruritus.
