摘  要:花器官是黄花菜重要的产品器官,围绕花器官发育过程中生理生化指标的变化规律开展研究,将为黄花菜花器官采收时间的选择提供依据。研究以黄花菜品种大同黄花花器官(包括外瓣、内瓣和花被管3个部分)为试验材料,对划定的13个发育时期的花器官生理指标及碳水化合物含量进行测定,并采用SPSS进行相关性分析和隶属函数法综合评价。结果表明,黄花菜花器官在花瓣打开前6 h至花瓣打开0 h这一阶段属于快速生长阶段,花器官开放和衰老的过程中,花朵宽度显著减小,花朵长度基本不变;在花器官发育过程中,各部位的生理指标及碳水化合物含量变化规律基本一致,均呈现出先上升后下降的单峰变化趋势。相关性分析结果表明,花蕾长度与含水量和还原糖含量间呈极显著正相关,花朵宽度与可溶性糖含量间呈显著正相关,含水量、可溶性糖含量和还原糖含量间均呈显著正相关,淀粉含量与其余各指标间均呈负相关。运用隶属函数法综合评价得出,花瓣打开时黄花菜可获得较高的品质。Flower organ is an important product organ of Hemerocallis citrina,in this study,research on the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes during flower organ development was conducted to provide basis for the selection of harvesting time of Hemerocallis citrina.The flower organs(including outer petal,inner petal,and perianth tube)of a Hemerocallis citrina variety named´Datong Huanghua´were used as experimental materials to measure the physiological indexes and carbohydrate content of flower organs in 13 designated development stages,SPSS was used to conduct correlation analysis and comprehensive evaluation of membership function.The results showed that the flower organs grew rapidly from 6 to 0 hours before the petals open.During the flower organ blooming and senescence,the flower width decreased significantly,and the flower length remained unchanged.In the process of flower organ development,the changes of physiological indexes and carbohydrate content in all parts were basically the same,showing a unimodal trend of rising first and then declining.Correlation analysis showed that bud length was extremely significantly positively correlated with water content and reducing sugar content,flower width was significantly positively correlated with soluble sugar content,water content,soluble sugar content,and reducing sugar content were significantly positively correlated for each other,starch content was negatively correlated with other indexes.The comprehensive analysis using the method of membership function showed that Hemerocallis citrina could obtain higher quality when petals open.
