摘 要:为解决当前选煤厂入洗率低、产品结构单一和气煤资源浪费严重等问题,以实际生产为例,在对原煤特征进行分析的基础上提出了四种配采方案分析生产炼焦配煤和动力煤最佳的分选方案,重点对配采方案的优选和分选下限参数的确定展开研究;最后,通过工业性试验验证了不同等级炼焦配煤的利润和成本,得出将灰分控制在10%~11%之间为最佳。In order to solve the problems of low washing rate,single product structure and serious waste of gas coal resources in the current coal preparation plant,taking the actual production as an example,based on the analysis of the characteristics of raw coal,four matching mining schemes are proposed to analyze the optimal separation scheme of coking coal and steam coal for production,focusing on the optimization of matching mining schemes and the determination of the lower separation limit parameters.Finally,industrial experiments were conducted to verify the profit and cost of coal blending for different grades of coking,and it was found that controlling the ash content between 10%and 11%is the best option.
