正善煤业2204工作面黄泥灌浆技术应用实践

摘　　要：为了有效防治煤层自燃,正善煤业2204工作面现已回采至停采线待工作面回收密闭完成后,按照防灭火设计要求,应对2204回采工作面采空区进行采后预防性灌浆。通过对灌浆材料选择,灌浆参数计算,灌浆工艺流程及施工步骤,制浆设备的选择等方面入手进行黄泥灌浆灭火技术应用,同进行阻化剂喷洒,确保2204工作面黄泥灌浆达到预期效果。In order to effectively prevent and control spontaneous combustion of coal seams,Zhengshan Coal Industry's 2204 working face has been mined to the stop line.After the working face is recovered and sealed,according to the requirements of fire prevention design,preventive grouting should be carried out in the goaf of the 2204 working face after mining.Through the selection of grouting materials,calculation of grouting parameters,grouting process and construction steps,and selection of grouting equipment,the application of yellow mud grouting fire extinguishing technology is carried out,along with the spraying of inhibitor,to ensure that the yellow mud grouting of 2204 working face achieves the expected effect.
