摘  要:离柳矿区内煤矿生产饱受瓦斯、煤尘、水害、顶板等灾害影响,尤其是瓦斯灾害较为显著。针对贺西煤矿的瓦斯治理难题,以3412工作面为案例,首先对矿井3412工作面的瓦斯涌出规律进行分析,梳理出工作面上隅角瓦斯超限的原因,然后设计了“以孔代巷”瓦斯抽采方案,经工程实践及抽采效果分析,验证了“以孔代巷”瓦斯抽采方案合理性及有效性,能够适用于贺西煤矿防治瓦斯的技术体系,实现了工作面上隅角瓦斯超限的治理目标,保障了矿井安全生产。The production of coal mines in the Liliu mining area is heavily affected by disasters such as gas,coal dust,water damage,and roof hazards,especially gas disasters.In response to the gas control problem in Hexi Coal Mine,taking the 3412 working face as a case study,the gas emission law of the 3412 working face in the mine was first analyzed,and the reasons for the gas exceeding the limit in the upper corner of the working face were sorted out.Then,a"hole replacing roadway"gas extraction plan was designed.Through engineering practice and extraction effect analysis,the rationality and effectiveness of the"hole replacing roadway"gas extraction plan were verified.The technical system applicable to gas prevention and control in Hexi Coal Mine has achieved the goal of controlling gas exceeding the limit in the upper corner of the working face,ensuring safe production in the mine.
