摘  要:对比了“单相区淬火+两相区淬火+高温回火”和“单相区保温+缓冷进入两相区+高温回火”和“两相区直接淬火+高温回火”3种热处理工艺对船用ZG14CrNi3MoV铸钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,ZG14CrNi3MoV铸钢采用“单相区淬火+两相区淬火+高温回火”工艺进行热处理后,组织为铁素体+回火索氏体混合组织,强韧性匹配良好。The effects of three heat treatment processes of the ZG14CrNi3MoV cast steel microstructure and mechanical proper⁃ties were compared,which were“single-phase zone quenching+two-phase zone quenching+high temperature tempering”,“single-phase zone insulation+slow cooling into two-phase zone+high temperature tempering”,“two-phase zone quenching+high temperature tempering”.The results show that the two-phase zone heat treatment process has a great influence on the mi⁃crostructure and mechanical properties of ZG14CrNi3MoV cast steel.The heat treatment process of“single-phase zone quench⁃ing+two-phase zone quenching+high temperature tempering”is adopted.The microstructure of cast steel is ferrite and tempered sorbite,and the strength and toughness match well.
