摘 要:针对传统铝合金硫酸阳极氧化工艺高能耗和高废水排放的缺点,综述了在硫酸阳极氧化工艺常温化方面的研究成果及封闭工艺的演变。硼酸、酒石酸、草酸等酸和稀土盐类添加剂可降低硫酸阳极氧化过程中的能耗,提高作业温度,但有时会使膜层粗糙度上升,致密度下降,甚至降低膜层的耐蚀性,因此需要根据实际需求和后处理工序的能力来选择合适的添加剂。在后处理方面,纯水封闭和铬酸盐封闭工艺基本上被高温含镍封闭或常温含氟工艺取代,锰、钼、钒等体系的无机盐封闭剂可能成为下一代绿色封闭剂。In view of high energy consumption and large wastewater discharge of sulfuric acid anodization,the research status of room-temperature anodization for aluminum alloys and the evolution of sealing process as a post-treatment was reviewed.The addition of some acids such as boric acid,tartaric acid,and oxalic acid and rare earth salts to the bath can reduce the energy consumption due to the increase of anodization temperature,but often leads to higher roughness,lower compactness,and even poorer corrosion resistance of the anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) film.Therefore,it is recommended to select additives properly according to the actual demands and the capacity of the post-treatment process.Pure water sealing and chromate sealing technologies have been basically replaced by high-temperature nickel sealing or normal temperature fluoride sealing technologies.The salts of manganese,molybdenum,vanadium,and other inorganic metals may become the next generation of green sealing agents for AAO films.
