摘  要:通过浸泡腐蚀实验、动电位极化曲线测量和电化学阻抗谱研究了桉叶油对黄铜在5%草酸溶液中的缓蚀性能。结果表明,桉叶油浓度越高对黄铜的保护作用越大。扫描电镜和原子力显微镜对铜腐蚀后表面形貌的表征也证明了以上结论。量子化学理论计算表明,桉叶油的高EHOMO(最高占据分子轨道能量)、低ELUMO(最低未占分子轨道能量)和小带隙都显示出其优异的自发吸附能力。分子动力学计算表明,桉叶油分子在黄铜表面排列后形成保护层,保证其优异的缓蚀性能。The inhibition effect of eucalyptus oil on the corrosion of brass in 5% oxalic acid solution was studied by weight loss test,potentiodynamic polarization curve measurement,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results showed that the higher the concentration of eucalyptus oil was,the better protection performance it had for brass.This was also proved by the characterization of surface morphology by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and atomic force microscopy(AFM).The theoretical calculation of quantum chemistry indicated that eucalyptus oil has excellent spontaneous adsorbability due to its high EHOMO(highest occupied molecular orbital energy),low ELUMO(lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy),and small band gap.The molecular dynamics calculation showed that the eucalyptus oil molecules arrange on the brass surface and form a protective layer which has excellent corrosion inhibition performance.
