摘  要:寒区特有的低温冻胀、结冰积雪对铁路建设和运营带来了极大影响,特别是寒区高速铁路的建设对线路冻胀防治、移动设备防冻除雪提出了更高的要求。通过对挪威寒区铁路的现场考察与技术交流,为我国寒区铁路建设和运营提供借鉴。介绍挪威铁路网和运营管理的基本情况,重点阐述挪威寒区铁路在路基防冻胀、隧道防冻结、线路防雪害和耐久性混凝土等方面的研究成果,分析针对寒区铁路低温积雪特点采取的线路维护、道岔融雪和行车安全保障措施,同时对挪威铁路北极快运(ARE)服务进行介绍,就完善我国寒区高速铁路建设和运营技术提出建议。The low-temperature frost heaving,freezing and snow accumulation unique to cold regions have a great impact on railway construction and operation.In particular,the construction of high speed railways in cold regions has put forward higher requirements for line frost heaving prevention and control,anti-freezing and snow removal of mobile equipment.Through on-site investigation and technical exchange of railways in cold regions of Norway,it provides references for the construction and operation of railways in cold regions of China.This paper introduces the basic situation of railway network and operation management in Norway,focuses on the research achievements of anti-frost heaving of subgrade,anti-freezing of tunnels,snow blockade prevention of lines and durable concrete for railways in cold regions of Norway,analyzes the measures taken for railway line maintenance,snow melting of turnout and traffic safety according to the characteristics of low-temperature snow accumulation in cold regions,and introduces ARE service of Norway,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the construction and operation technology of high speed railway in cold regions of China.
