摘 要:我国特种货物运输市场目前仍以运力配置灵活的公路运输为主,为提升铁路的市场运输份额,建立SWOT模型,提出公路与铁路特种货物运输的核心竞争在运输时效性方面,分别从铁路特种货物运输的发送端、在途运行和到达端3个方面列举出影响时效性的主要因素,同时针对各影响因素提出如何提高铁路特种货物运输时效性的措施及建议,列举一些已实践的针对性措施获得的成效,以便为进一步提升铁路特种货物运输时效性提供参考。At present,the special freight market in China is still dominated by highway transportation with flexible allocation of transport capacity.In order to increase the market share of railway transportation,through establishing SWOT model and analysis,it is proposed that the core competition between highway and railway special freight transport in China lies in the timeliness of transportation,and then the main factors affecting the timeliness are listed from three aspects:sending end,on-way operation and arrival end of railway special freight transport respectively.At the same time,methods and suggestions for improving the timeliness of railway special freight transport are put forward according to each influencing factor.The results obtained by listing some targeted measures that have been practiced can provide references for further improving the timeliness of railway special freight transport.
