摘  要:客车上水作业是保障铁路旅客运输服务质量的重要环节。长期以来,上水作业信息化程度普遍较低,作业中各个环节主要依靠人力完成,导致上水作业效率低下。随着车站客运量不断增大,客车上水作业时间被压缩得越来越短,容易出现管理漏洞和安全风险。针对车站上水现状和不足,结合上水设备、人员管理、车站管控和技术发展等多个角度,提出上水设备信息化改造、建立上水作业智能管理平台、建立“三防一体”的上水作业安全管理机制等,以提升铁路上水作业智能化管控水平,并以长沙南站为例,论证了方案的可行性。采用上述措施对提高铁路上水作业效率、降低人员及设备安全隐患具有重要作用。The water supply of passenger cars is an important link to ensure the service quality of railway passenger transport.For a long time,the informatization level of water supply is generally low,and all links in the operation are mainly completed by traditional manpower,resulting in low efficiency of water supply.With the continuous increase of passenger traffic volume in stations,the water supply time of passenger cars is compressed shorter and shorter,which is prone to management loopholes and safety risks.In view of the current situation and deficiencies of water supply in stations,from various perspectives such as water supply equipment,personnel management,station control and technical development,this paper puts forward measures and schemes to improve the intelligent control level of railway water supply,such as information transformation of water supply equipment,establishment of an intelligent management platform for water supply,establishment of a“integrated preventions of three aspects”safety management mechanism for water supply,and demonstrates the feasibility of the scheme by taking Changshanan Railway Station as an example.The above measures play an important role in improving the efficiency of railway water supply and reducing potential safety hazards for personnel and equipment.
