摘 要:接地腐蚀情况与导体截面的形态紧密相关。通过开展接地导体截面的不均匀腐蚀分析,量化分析了不同形态局部腐蚀对钢材接地体接地导通性能的影响。首先,以孔蚀形貌复杂性作为局部腐蚀分析的量化依据,结合不同局部腐蚀形貌提出了考虑导体截面不均匀腐蚀情况下的接地通流有限元建模和计算方法。其次,分析了不同腐蚀形态下的截面电流密度、电场和磁场分布规律与不均匀腐蚀情况下的接地导体截面电磁场分布特征。最后,量化分析了单位长度导通阻抗受不同孔蚀形貌的影响,为腐蚀诊断和接地分析提供基础的模型参数。提出了通过工频直流比可以区分某些局部腐蚀形态的腐蚀检测方案,为钢材材质接地腐蚀诊断提供了新思路。Ground corrosion is closely related to the shape of conductor section.By conducting non-uniform corrosion analysis on the cross-section of grounding conductors,the impact of different forms of local corrosion on the grounding conductivity of steel grounding bodies is quantitatively analyzed.Firstly,the complexity of pitting corrosion morphology is taken as the quantitative basis for local corrosion analysis,and the finite element modeling and calculation method of grounding current under the condition of non-uniform corrosion of conductor cross section is proposed in combination with different local corrosion morphology.Secondly,the cross-sectional current density,electric and magnetic field distribution patterns under different corrosion forms are analyzed,as well as the electromagnetic field distribution characteristics of grounding conductor cross-section under non-uniform corrosion conditions.Finally,quantitative analysis is conducted to the influence of different pore corrosion morphology on the conduction impedance per unit length,providing basic model parameters for corrosion diagnosis and grounding analysis.The proposed corrosion detection scheme can distinguish certain local corrosion forms through the power frequency DC ratio,provide a new approach for the diagnosis of steel grounding corrosion.
